You will be joining GoodScore, a company dedicated to simplifying financial literacy and credit access for over 150 million credit-underserved Indians. Since initiating personalized credit consulting in 2023, we have empowered over 1 million users to take charge of their credit health. Our journey is focused on transforming how India approaches credit management, and we are seeking individuals who share our vision. As a Video Creative Producer at GoodScore, you will be responsible for creating compelling video ads and product videos that drive conversions. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in content production, particularly in direct-to-consumer (D2C) video advertising, you will lead the development of video ads that resonate with our target audience on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Collaboration with our team to generate innovative content ideas is a key aspect of this role. Your key responsibilities will include leading the conceptualization and production of high-impact video ad content, experimenting and analyzing performance to enhance video ad output, creating engaging product videos that effectively communicate features and benefits, planning and executing social media campaigns, and ensuring that all content aligns with our marketing strategies. You will be expected to handle all aspects of video production, from storyboarding to post-production, while maintaining high production quality and adhering to brand standards. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in content production with a focus on video production for ads, a proven track record in creating high-converting video ads for D2C brands, a strong understanding of video ad elements that drive performance (experience in the fintech space is a plus), hands-on experience in all aspects of video production, an excellent academic record, a willingness to work on-site 5 days a week at our Bellandur office, a deep understanding of customer personas and social media dynamics, experience in writing and creating content for various social media channels, and the ability to develop content in both English and Hinglish.,
