About the role
Were looking for a bold, award-winning creative leader to shape the voice and vision of Crunchyrolls APAC marketing. Youll lead end-to-end campaign ideation and execution from big ideas to hands-on production. This role is for someone who pairs strategic thinking with world-class craft, guiding teams while creating high-impact assets that speak to anime and pop culture fans across the region. Your day might start with refining a pitch deck, move into a cross-time-zone creative review, then wrap with concepting for an upcoming campaign. Youll balance multiple projects some in early brainstorms, others in the final stretch.
Core Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Campaign Leadership
- Lead regional campaign strategy and creative for shows, launches, events, and live experiences
- Translate marketing goals into powerful concepts that connect with audiences and drive results
- Inspire and direct a team of designers, writers, and producers across multiple channels
- Align regional creative with global brand vision and campaign goals
Execution & Production Excellence
- Drive the full creative process from early concept through polished, on-brand assets
- Deliver high-quality work across formats (static, video, digital, experiential)
- Guide reviews and critiques with a strong eye for design and storytelling
- Maintain excellence in quality, timeline, and budget
Hands-On Creation & Oversight
- Design original assets and write compelling copy as needed
- Oversee creative presentations and fine-tune deliverables for various stakeholders
- Build and manage relationships with agencies and production partners
- Stay ahead of fandom trends, entertainment moments, and emerging creative formats
About You

- 12+ years of creative experience (6+ in senior roles with deep expertise in streaming and entertainment industry
- Proven portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, campaign success, and individual creative impact
- Deep understanding of the India market entertainment, culture, and audience dynamics
- Strong command of consumer insights, content marketing, and fandom communities (anime, gaming, comics, etc.)
- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies in branding or design environments
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Clear, confident communicator with strong writing skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace
- Experienced in delivering projects end-to-end, from brief through execution
