Creative Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer

As a Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer at our UK-based Childcare Home Company, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and creating visually appealing content that aligns with our brand strategy. By collaborating with the marketing team, you will contribute to enhancing brand awareness, customer retention, and overall business growth through impactful designs and marketing assets. Your responsibilities will include: Graphic Design: - Creating visually engaging designs for various digital marketing materials like social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and display ads. - Developing brand identity elements such as logos, icons, and visual guidelines to maintain a consistent brand image. - Ensuring that designs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the brand's tone and messaging. Social Media Management: - Designing compelling graphics and images for different social media platforms while considering platform-specific requirements and best practices. - Crafting social media posts, cover photos, and profile pictures that resonate with the brand's visual identity. - Collaborating with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and reach. Collaboration and Communication: - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. - Effectively communicating design ideas, concepts, and requirements to stakeholders. - Incorporating feedback and revising designs based on stakeholder input. Qualifications: - Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. - Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools. - Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. - Knowledge of digital marketing platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing. - Experience with web design, development, HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus. - Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, time management, communication, and collaboration skills. Job Timings: - Mon-Fri (Afternoon Shift) - 1 PM to 10:30 PM, Sat - 1 PM to 7:30 PM (During Summers). - Mon-Fri (Afternoon Shift) - 2 PM to 11:30 PM, Sat - 2 PM to 8:30 PM (During Winters).
