Job Summary

The Creative Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual designs and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and client requirements. This role involves working closely with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, delivering consistent and engaging designs across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for presentations, marketing materials, digital assets, reports, and corporate communications.
  
• Understand and interpret briefs to develop creative concepts and deliverables.
  
• Ensure all designs adhere to Williams Lea and client brand guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams such as production, client services, and quality control to deliver accurate and timely outputs.
  
• Adapt and redesign existing materials as needed while maintaining design consistency.
  
• Work across various tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other design platforms.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  
• Participate in feedback sessions and incorporate revisions effectively.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  
• 2 years of experience as a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer (Freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered).
  
• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Ability to understand and apply brand guidelines effectively.
  
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in

  rotational shifts

  and adapt to time-sensitive client demands.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate communication design.
  
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing (added advantage).
  
• Experience working with global clients or in a shared-service environment.
