Creative Designer / Web Designer

You will play a crucial role in the in-house creative team at IGP.com as a Creative Designer, with a focus on website and digital design. Your responsibilities will include creating visually appealing assets that align with the brand's identity and business objectives, keeping up to date with eCommerce UX/UI trends, and collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and drive conversions. - Design visually impactful website layouts, landing pages, and banners to enhance user experience and increase conversions. - Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life in engaging digital experiences. - Develop creative assets for digital campaigns like emailers, social media posts, and performance marketing. - Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints of the brand. - Stay abreast of the latest design, UI/UX, and eCommerce trends. - Conduct regular quality checks and refine designs based on performance and feedback. - Manage and organize design libraries and reusable components using tools like Figma. To be considered for this role, you should have: - 3-6 years of experience as a Creative or Graphic Designer, with a preference for experience in eCommerce or consumer tech. - Demonstrated expertise in website or landing page design, UI/UX fundamentals, and responsive layouts. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools. - An impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse creative range, particularly in web and digital assets. - A good understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. - The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.,
