About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer & Video Editor (Executive Entry Level) to join our team in Mumbai. This role is perfect for talent early in their career who are passionate about visual storytelling, design, and digital content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, hands-on design/editing skills, and be well aware of emerging AI tools used in modern creative workflows.

What You'll Do

Video Editing & Production

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Work on cutting, transitions, basic motion elements, audio syncing, and colour correction.
• Create engaging thumbnails, banners, layouts, and other digital assets.

Graphic Design

• Design visually appealing creatives for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Technology & Tools

• Be well aware of and comfortable using AI tools that support design research, workflow efficiency, and creative enhancement
• Stay updated with new tools, creative trends, and digital content formats

Collaboration

• Work with content and marketing teams to develop impactful visual content
• Organize project files, media assets, and creative materials
• Contribute fresh ideas for trends, storytelling styles, and creative campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 1 year or more experience in video editing, graphic design, or social media content creation (Internships, freelance work or personal portfolio projects)

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro (must)
• Canva (must)
• CorelDRAW (must)

• Bonus:

  After Effects, Photoshop, etc. Strong understanding of composition, colour theory, typography, and storytelling

Awareness of AI tools such as:

• Video-related AI:

  Runway, etc.

• Design-related AI

  : Midjourney, Firefly, Leonardo, etc.

• Productivity/content tools:

  ChatGPT, Gemini etc.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Certifications in Adobe tools, multimedia, motion graphics, or AI-enhanced creative tools (added advantage).
• Must have a portfolio showcasing design and video work.
