Creative Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our vibrant team at TiE Chandigarh. This is a dynamic role where creativity meets impact—ideal for someone who can blend design, photography, and storytelling to enhance TiE’s brand presence across events, digital platforms, and outreach initiatives. The role involves designing both print and digital materials, managing event creatives, and creating compelling multimedia content that captures the energy and ethos of TiE Chandigarh.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of TiE events, sessions, and activities.

Video & Photo Editing

• Edit raw photos and videos into professional outputs for social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Enhance imagery to align with brand aesthetics.

Creative Design

• Design engaging creatives, social media graphics, presentations, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels.

Print & Event Collateral

• Design brochures, flyers, standees, backdrops, visiting cards, and other event-related materials.
• Liaise with vendors for high-quality printing and production.

Communication & Collaboration

• Collaborate with the PR, events, and social media teams to deliver impactful designs.
• Communicate fluently in English to articulate ideas and present design concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proven experience in photography, video editing, and creative design.
• Proficiency in Coral Draw / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Creative Designing : 2 years (Required)
• CorelDraw: 2 years (Required)
• Video editing: 2 years (Required)

• Mohali, Punjab (Preferred)
