Creative Designer & Meta Ads Specialist

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Creative Designer & Meta Ads Specialist who can combine creative design skills with hands on ad campaign management to generate leads for our SaaS business and produce growth focused creatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Creatives & Design

• Design high-quality marketing assets for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other

digital channels.

• Create visually compelling ad creatives, landing page graphics, and promotional content

to support lead generation campaigns.

• Design social media content, email banners, and promotional materials for our own SaaS

business and select client campaigns.

• Ensure all creatives are brand-consistent and optimized for performance.

Meta Ads Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
• Collaborate with the Founder to develop effective ad copy and targeting strategies.
• Monitor ad performance and optimize creatives, placements, and targeting for maximum ROI.
• Test multiple ad formats and creatives to identify top performers.

Client Growth Support

• Work with the Customer Success team to design creatives for client campaigns, including

special promotions and seasonal offers.

• Produce assets for influencer marketing collaborations when needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma.
• Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Strong creative portfolio with examples of ads, social media content, and marketing assets.
• Ability to balance creative vision with performance-driven design.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and brand alignment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
