Creative Designer Intern/Data Analyst Intern

About the Role

Were seeking a proactive, sharp, and resourceful intern to work directly with the Founders Office. This is not a typical internship. Youll often handle chaos, solve unscripted problems, uncover insights others miss, and drive things forward when no one else sees where to start.

Youll be the kind of person who doesnt wait for assignments, but sees gaps (in data, process, assumptions), jumps in, and creates impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Dive into data: analyze trends, spot anomalies, and surface insights that no one else is seeing.
• Challenge existing systems, processes, and assumptions identify inefficiencies and propose (and help implement) optimizations.
• Take on ad hoc highpriority tasks (firefighting): urgent problems, crossteam coordination, cleanups.
• Prepare decisionmaterials: decks, reports, summaries, dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate across functions: connect with teams (tech, operations, marketing, etc.) to align on execution and follow up on actions.
• Support in anticipating future issues and helping put safeguards or proactive measures in place.
• Be present in strategic meetings, take notes, follow up on action items, ensure decisions become actions.

• Strong analytical ability: comfort with numbers, ability to work with data, extract insights.
• Resourceful, independent mindset: you can take ambiguous problems, break them down, and work through them with minimal handholding.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written): clarity, precision, good judgement in what to flag & how.
• Organized, detailoriented: you’ll often juggle many priorities.
• Presentable and professional: you’ll be interfacing with leadership, sometimes with external stakeholders.
  

NicetoHaves

• Prior experience in a startup, Bschool projects, or technical/analytical roles.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel / Google Sheets, slide decks, dashboards (e.g. Google Data Studio, Power BI).
• Exposure to process improvement, operations, or strategy.
• Comfortable with ambiguity / moving fast.
