We are proud to have trained and certified over 220,000 information security professionals globally that have influenced the cybersecurity mindset of countless organizations worldwide. www.eccouncil.org Role Overview We are seeking a Creative & Marketing Design Intern who will contribute to our academic and marketing initiatives through innovative visual storytelling and process-driven marketing support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a flair for design, a knack for organization, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Assets Design engaging flyers, banners, infographics, and promotional materials for campaigns and events. Create EDMs (Electronic Direct Mailers) and digital creatives aligned with brand guidelines. Assist in video, reel, or motion graphics creation (optional/bonus skill). Campaign Management Collaborate on planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Ensure timely delivery and coordination of campaign assets across platforms. CRM & Lead Management Maintain and track leads in CRM systems. Assist in updating records, reporting campaign performance, and tracking conversions. Payment Gateway & Reporting Support the integration and monitoring of payment gateways used for training and certification programs. Help reconcile user data, payment status, and ensure seamless backend coordination. Cross-functional Support Work closely with sales, marketing, and academia teams to meet internal and partner design needs. Maintain organized project folders and design assets library. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent tools like Canva or Figma. Strong communication and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue) is advantageous. Analytical mindset and ability to adapt to fast-paced tasks. Students or recent graduates from Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or similar fields preferred.
