Not Your Average Design Role

If you've ever looked at a brand identity and thought "I could do this better," we should talk.

You're the person who turns product specs into stories people actually remember. How to turn a 40-slide trends deck into something people want to read. How to launch a new product with a visual identity that doesn't look like it came from a Canva template.

You'll sit in the Creative team within our Design org – the squad that owns brand thinking, visual storytelling, and making complex products feel simple. If UX designs what the product does, we design why anyone should care.

What You'll Actually Do

Build Brand Identities
New feature launching? You're creating the full visual system – not just a logo, but typography, colors, usage guidelines, the whole deal. Stuff that scales across product, marketing, and sales.

Design Presentations That Hit
Stakeholder pitches. Product launch reveals. High-stakes moments where both clarity and craft matter. No boring templates allowed.

Own Marketing Collateral
One-pagers, brochures, email campaigns, landing visuals. The stuff that needs to work hard and look good.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work with UX/UI to keep visual consistency tight. Partner with marketing and product teams to translate "here's what we built" into "here's why it matters."

You're The One If

The Craft:

• 3-4 years building brand identities, marketing collateral, or product branding
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Typography nerd energy – you notice bad kerning from across the room
• Portfolio that shows complete brand systems, killer presentations, and visual storytelling

The Vibe:

• Can take ambiguous briefs and turn them into clear visual narratives
• Comfortable switching between pitch decks and print collateral without missing a beat
• Self-starter who owns projects end-to-end (we don't micromanage pixels here)
• Thrives when timelines are tight and priorities shift
• Takes feedback like a pro and iterates fast

Bonus (But Not Required):

• Motion design or animation chops
• Experience with B2C/SaaS products
• Data visualization skills (making complex info actually understandable)
• Previous stints in tech, edtech, or HR tech

1. Portfolio – 5-7 projects showing brand identities, presentations, marketing work. Include your process. 
2. Resume – What you've built and shipped matters more than buzzwords.
3. Quick Take – Pick any Indian consumer tech brand (except ours). Tell us one thing they're doing really well visually and one thing they're fumbling. 150 words max.
