Job Description

1. Brand Identity & Guidelines • Interpret and implement brand guidelines consistently across all creative assets. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the brands visual language, including fonts, color palette, iconography, and layout structure. • Ensure design consistency across all marketing materials—both online and offline. • Collaborate with the GGI (School & Colleges) to maintain a cohesive brand image in all communication touchpoints. 2. Digital Creative Development • Design static and motion creatives (images, videos, GIFs, reels) for digital campaigns, social media, display ads, and website promotions. • Create visually engaging graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads. • Adapt and resize creatives based on platform-specific dimensions and campaign needs. • Work closely with content writers and digital marketing teams to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign objectives. • Edit and enhance short videos for social media and digital advertisements. 3. Online Collateral Design • Develop and design visually appealing digital marketing collaterals, including: o Website pages and landing page layouts o Brochures and prospectuses (PDF and web-view formats) o Emailers, newsletters, and WhatsApp creatives o Digital presentations, PDFs, and e-banners • Ensure all digital creatives are optimized for web performance, readability, and responsiveness. 4. Offline Collateral Design • Conceptualize and design print-ready materials including: o Standees, banners, hoardings, posters, leaflets, and pamphlets o Event backdrops, certificates, and branding signage o Merchandise designs (t-shirts, folders, stationery, etc.) • Coordinate with printing vendors and production agencies for accurate color calibration and print quality. 5. Collaboration & Workflow • Work closely with the marketing, admissions, and digital teams to understand campaign goals and creative requirements. • Maintain an organized asset library and version control for all design files. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with high quality. • Present creative concepts and rationales to internal stakeholders for approval.
