Creative Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Designer to join our team. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling graphics, branding materials, digital content, and other creative assets that align with our brand identity and communication goals. You should have a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to life across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create original designs for digital and print media including banners, brochures, logos, social media content, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-impact visual solutions.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals and identity across all platforms.
• Work with UI/UX designers on web and app design layouts when required.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Prepare design files for production or development teams.
• Create motion graphics, animations, or video edits (optional based on skill).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to take feedback and improve designs accordingly.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Knowledge of motion design or video editing.
• Experience in UI/UX design or prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts.
