Role Overview:

As a Creative Design Intern at LawCrust, you’ll be at the forefront of visual storytelling. You’ll work on a variety of design tasks, from layout creation and infographics to brand-aligned graphics for internal and external communication. You will primarily use a popular drag-and-drop design platform to create visually engaging content for presentations, reports, digital platforms, and more.

This is a perfect role for someone with a strong design sensibility and an eagerness to build a portfolio while working on real business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation

• Design graphics, banners, presentations, and layout-based content for web and print
• Create infographics and illustrations that simplify complex ideas
• Maintain design consistency across all assets while experimenting with layout and typography

Brand Alignment

• Develop visuals that align with brand guidelines including fonts, color palette, and icons
• Help refine and evolve the visual identity across touchpoints

Collaboration & Iteration

• Work closely with marketing, UI/UX, and business teams to translate concepts into polished visuals
• Take constructive feedback and make timely revisions

Platform Proficiency

• Use drag-and-drop design tools (training will be provided) to create high-quality assets efficiently
• Organize and maintain a digital asset library for easy access across teams

Who We're Looking For:

✔ Strong sense of visual balance, color, and typography✔ Comfortable using online design platforms and collaborative tools✔ Ability to turn ideas into clean, modern, and impactful designs✔ Good communication and time management skills✔ Must have own laptop
