Employment Type: Full-time About Us Were a growing creative design agency known for turning bold ideas into impactful brand experiences We thrive on innovation, collaboration, and excellence Now, were looking to bring on a Visual Communication Designer who not only loves design but also understands how creativity drives business and marketing Who Were Looking For Were seeking a Visual Communication Designer with a flair for storytelling, a strong grasp of design tools, and an interest in how brands grow This role blends hands-on design work with internal creative initiatives like assisting in pre-sales materials, social media content, and showcasing our work through impactful case studies and portfolios Youll work closely with our sales and marketing teams, but your main focus will be visual storytelling crafting compelling design assets that represent who we are and what we do best Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design creatives for print, digital, and presentation formats with a strong visual narrative Collaborate on creative ideas to help present and showcase our work in fresh, engaging ways Assist with social media creatives and campaign visuals Assist in planning and executing agency-led creative initiatives (e-g, Monthly Newsletters, Case Studies, Design Mock-ups, Mood boards, Portfolios and other creatives) Stay up to date with design and marketing trends to help inspire new formats and approaches Design and refresh internal assets such as onboarding kits, company credentials, project templates, etc Contribute to visual storytelling across touchpoints ? digital, print, motion, and presentations Designing & assisting client pitches and proposals as part of presales support What Were Looking For 3+ years of experience in graphic design / visual communication design Strong portfolio showcasing brand, presentation, and digital/social work Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, etc Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and storytelling Ability to balance creative and strategic thinking Familiarity with marketing and social media trends Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong time management and multitasking ability A team player with creative initiative and attention to detail What Youll Get: A team that values creativity, kindness, frequent snack runs and good coffee Be part of a high-energy, fast-growing creative agency Learn and grow with cross-functional exposure Work in a collaborative environment that values ownership and initiative Gain hands-on experience in creative solutions, proposals, and strategy Ready to take your skills to the next levelApply now via LinkedIn or reach out to us at contact@pitchworx,
