Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that addresses the needs of the target audience.
  • Write clear, concise, and informative content on various topics, including coaching, study guides, educational articles, PR, FAQs, Case Studies, website copy, blog posts and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth of content, using credible sources and adhering to education standards.
  • Utilize AI-driven content creation tools (e.g. GPT-based platforms) to generate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content efficiently at scale.
  • Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand voice, style guidelines, and SEO requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure consistency and efficacy of content.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and aligned with brand voice and messaging.
  • Manage editorial calendar and content production schedules.
  • Review and revise content for grammar, clarity, and consistency while maintaining education integrity and proper citation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Incorporate feedback from reviewers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to refine and improve content quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, or a related field. Advanced degree or coursework in a specialized academic area is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in writing SEO-optimized content, with a strong portfolio demonstrating academic writing skills. Experience in creating educational or academic content is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good Communication and English-Speaking Skills.
  • Ability to write for different education audiences and adapt tone and style accordingly.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and a passion for education and knowledge sharing.
