Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Create visually appealing and engaging digital and print platforms, including intranet sites, communications, presentations, newsletters and various other technology related content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines. Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design high-quality graphics and layouts. Use Figma to design user interfaces and prototypes for web and mobile applications. Leverage Miro for brainstorming sessions and collaborative project planning, ensuring effective communication and idea sharing. Develop eye-catching presentations using PowerPoint that effectively convey information and engage audiences. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and content creation to continuously improve skills and output. Provide constructive feedback to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Creative Content Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and content creation skills. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Miro, Canva, PowerPoint and a video content design tool. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with internal communication will be a plus. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual content. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies. Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS is a bonus.
