Own the Calendar – Plan, oversee, and manage the social media content calendar — from hygiene posts to campaign rollouts — ensuring everything runs on schedule and on point.
Team Leadership – Manage and mentor the content team — writers, creators, editors, and designers — to bring out their best work and build a powerhouse creative culture.
Stay Cine-Savvy – Keep a pulse on pop culture, OTT, theatrical trends, celebrity news, and fan behavior to ensure our content stays relevant and relatable.
Client Communication – Work closely with clients / communicate / de-escalate issues if and when & translate briefs into buzz-worthy social storytelling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with strategy, media, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment across all touchpoints.
Quality Checks – Maintain the highest standards of content output — reviewing copy, creatives, and final deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment
Performance Tracking – Analyze content performance, identify what works (and what doesn’t), and optimize for higher reach, engagement, and impact
