Must have 6+ years of experience in content creation / copywriting and leading a team and creative Direction

• Content Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the creative content direction across social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute breakthrough campaign ideas, from pitch stage to final delivery.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of writers, designers, and video editors to deliver engaging and innovative content.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand briefs, pitch ideas, and present compelling creative strategies.
• Quality Control: Ensure all creative output maintains high standards in terms of storytelling, design, and cultural relevance.
• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of internet culture, emerging formats, and social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with strategy, media, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
