Creative Brand Designer

Job Role:

Location: Puducherry / Madurai / chennai (Hybride)

Role & responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in conceptualizing and executing compelling brand identities, designing marketing collateral, and developing websites
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD; Figma a plus)
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for B2B, tech, or service-based companies strongly preferred
• Prior experience working on trademarkable logos and knowledge of IP/design rights
• Skilled at developing new design concepts from scratch
• Excellent communicator with the ability to present and justify design decisions
• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized 

Preferred candidate profile

• Designing logos, color palettes, typography systems, icon sets, and visual assets for both print and digital use
• Building comprehensive brand identity systems and brand guidelines
• Creating compelling marketing collateral (pitch decks, brochures, social media templates, packaging, signage, etc.)
• Supporting website UI/UX design using best practices for layout, typography, and responsive design
• Developing trademark-ready logo systems and ensuring originality across all deliverables
• Translating briefs into clear visual concepts and refining designs based on feedback
• Delivering well-organized presentations that articulate creative rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
• Maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints and channels
• Managing multiple creative projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
