Role & responsibilities Proven ability in algorithm development targeting business and technical use cases. Hands-on experience with fine-tuning in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face. Practical knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph for agent and workflow development. Proficiency in developing, optimizing, and querying vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and semantic search. Strong Python programming and experience with experimentation tools and performance benchmarks. Fluency in statistical analysis, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis. Preferred: Experience with agent-based orchestration and multi-agent architectures. Knowledge in advanced search optimization, dense/sparse hybrid retrieval, and prompt engineering. Deployment familiarity with MLflow, Docker, or cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure). Exposure to RAG pipelines, multi-modal data integration, and knowledge-graph techniques. Preferred candidate profile: Any bachelor's or master's degree required; preferred in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 13 years of data science experience, including hands-on exposure to model development, fine-tuning, experimentation, and vector-based system integration. Demonstrated project or open-source experience with LangChain, agent development, or advanced retrieval pipelines is a strong advantage.
