CRE Female (Customer Relationship Executive)

We are looking for a smart, polite, and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with leads, and support the sales and service team in achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Share product details, offers, and service reminders.
• Follow up on inquiries and generate leads for test rides or showroom visits.
• Maintain call records and customer databases.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and service team for follow-ups and feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM).
• Pleasant voice and positive attitude.
• Experience in automobile or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
