Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CPX Machine Operator with strong knowledge of CAD to join our jewellery manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of handling precision work in CAD-CAM and machine operation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage CPX machines for jewellery model cutting and shaping.
• Interpret and execute designs using CAD files for production.
• Ensure precision and quality in output according to design specifications.
• Perform daily machine setup, calibration, and maintenance.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Coordinate with CAD designers and production team for smooth workflow.
• Maintain production logs and report any deviations or machine issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the CPX workstation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating CPX or similar machines in the jewellery industry.
• Good understanding of CAD (Rhino, Matrix, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and jewellery designs.
• Basic mechanical and computer operating knowledge.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
