CPS Delivery Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager - CPS Delivery at the company in Noida Sector-1, your role revolves around effectively delivering Performance campaigns and engaging with external stakeholders, particularly publishers. Your physical presence will be required at the office for this permanent position. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Build a new Revenue Channel for the company by handling Domestic & International delivery. - Maintain a strong relationship with Incent/Cashback/coupons/telegram/YouTubers publishers in the Indian market. - Activate new publishers in both Domestic & International markets. - Discover and onboard new sources of inventory for performance campaigns. - Recruit publishers for Performance CPS. - Manage existing relationships and facilitate account development by serving publishers. - Monitor publisher expectations and requirements to ensure top-notch service delivery. - Develop and present media plans to internal teams for sharing with advertisers. - Engage with various levels of the organizational hierarchy to finalize business deals. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficient in delivering Performance campaigns. - Strong communication skills for engaging with external stakeholders. - Ability to strategize and execute plans for revenue generation.
