Job Description

As a potential candidate for the Grade Specific position, you will be expected to meet the following key requirements: - **Customer Orientation:** You will need to have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery. - **Communication & Coordination:** Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage virtual teams. - **English Proficiency:** Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must. - **Technical Certifications:** Possession of advanced Cisco certifications (CCNP) with a minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience is required. - **Network Design:** You should have experience in designing network topologies, IP planning, and routing solutions, as well as the ability to create solution templates. - **Routing Protocols:** Deep knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP (basic and DMVPN) is expected. - **Troubleshooting:** You should be capable of N3-level troubleshooting in routing, IPsec, and WLAN. - **Wi-Fi/WLAN Expertise:** A strong understanding of Cisco WLC and Wi-Fi technologies is necessary. - **Management Protocols:** Proficiency in SNMP and AAA (ISE) is preferred. - **Optional Technologies:** Familiarity with Meraki, Fortinet ASA, Palo Alto, etc. will be considered a plus. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to providing excellent service to customers.
