Job Description

As a Grade Specific professional, your role will involve focusing on customer satisfaction and service delivery. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in effectively managing virtual teams. You must be fluent in both written and spoken English to ensure clear and efficient communication. Your technical expertise should include advanced Cisco certifications (CCNP) along with a minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience. Experience in designing network topologies, IP planning, and routing solutions will be essential, as well as the ability to create solution templates. Your deep knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP (basic and DMVPN) routing protocols will be required for this position. You should be capable of N3-level troubleshooting in routing, IPsec, and WLAN. Additionally, a strong understanding of Cisco WLC and Wi-Fi technologies is necessary. Proficiency in management protocols such as SNMP and AAA (ISE) will be beneficial. Familiarity with optional technologies like Meraki, Fortinet ASA, Palo Alto, etc. will be considered a plus.
