CP & Outdoor Marketing

As a Marketing Manager at Infinium Developers, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence through effective Channel Partner (CP) engagement and Outdoor Marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies for CPs, managing outdoor marketing activities, and overseeing campaign management to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners through engagement activities and incentive-driven campaigns. Additionally, you will strategize and execute outdoor marketing initiatives such as hoardings, banners, and event-related displays, ensuring high-visibility placements to maximize impact. In this role, you will work closely with vendors to coordinate timely setup and maintenance of physical marketing assets, manage marketing budgets effectively, and run integrated offline and online campaigns aligned with project launch timelines. You will also be involved in drafting creative briefs, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution, and analyzing campaign performance to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, campaigns, and vendors simultaneously. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and data-driven mindset will be advantageous.
