Job Description

C.P- Officer - Human Resources - (250000RZ)

Description

Tracking Attendance of All Employees including contractor workers on daily basis.

Helping all employees who are facing issues regarding applying their Leaves through oracle.

Ensure to process salary with Zero Error within time.

Ensure to check all Statutory deduction in Salary

Explaining all HR Policies and Company Overview to new Joiners.

Introducing with HODs to New Joiners and handover to their respective Department in charge.

Getting them Enrolled in our Attendance Machine and ensure to mark his attendance on regular basis.

Arrange I cards, Safety Induction for new joiners

Guest House Management.

Coordinating with Guest House Care Taker for Room Allotment.

Smooth entry and Exit of Guest/Visitors/New Joiners

Taking care of Facilities of all Guest/Visitors/New Joiners during their Visit.

Coordinating with New Joiners and get all the required Forms to be filled

Ensure to collect all required documents which is mentioned in Offer Letters.

Prepare Personal Files of New Joiners and ensure to send Head Office all originals files month on month basis

Qualifications

MBA (HR) Regular
