Description
As the Country Head at Core Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our operations in India. You will be tasked with positioning Core Solutions as a top technology employer in India, while simultaneously delivering exceptional product development and support services to our US-based behavioral healthcare clients. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing various aspects of our India operations, including product management, solutions delivery, infrastructure, and technical support, ensuring seamless integration with our global operations. Your strategic leadership skills will be put to the test as you develop and execute a vision for Core Solutions India operations that aligns with our global objectives. Building strong partnerships with the US-based executive team and driving operational excellence across all functions will be key aspects of your role. Creating a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement will be crucial for establishing Core Solutions as an employer of choice in the Indian technology market. Operational management will be a core part of your responsibilities, including overseeing product management, solutions delivery, infrastructure management, technical support, and quality assurance. You will be leading and nurturing high-performing teams across multiple technical disciplines, fostering cross-cultural collaboration between India and US teams, and ensuring effective coordination between various functions. Financial and business management will also fall under your purview, where you will be responsible for P&L ownership, budget management, operational efficiency initiatives, compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing vendor relationships and partnerships. Additionally, you will serve as the executive escalation point for critical customer issues, participate in customer meetings, collaborate with sales and customer success teams, and represent Core Solutions at industry events and conferences in India. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a Master's degree in Business Administration or Technology Management being preferred. You should have substantial experience in the US healthcare domain, progressive leadership roles in enterprise software companies, and expertise in healthcare technology or EHR/EMR systems. Strong technical knowledge, leadership competencies, and familiarity with agile methodologies are essential for success in this position.
