Third-Party Manufacturing Tie-Ups (Pan India): Identify and evaluate potential third-party manufacturers across India for pulses, rice, spices, and wheat flour. Negotiate and finalize manufacturing agreements ensuring quality, pricing, and timely delivery. Maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure consistent supply and quality standards. 2. Distributor & Super Stockist Appointment: Develop and execute a strategic plan to appoint distributors and super stockists in target regions. Screen and onboard credible partners, ensuring alignment with brand goals and market presence. Conduct regular performance reviews and support partners with sales tools, schemes, and training. 3. Pan India Market Expansion: Create a regional expansion roadmap aligned with company growth targets. Conduct market visits and field surveys to understand demand, competition, and distribution gaps. Drive brand penetration in new and under-served markets. 4. Travel and On-Ground Execution: Willingness to travel extensively across India for distributor meetings, manufacturing audits, trade shows, and business deals. Represent the brand in regional dealer meets and business development events. 5. Sales Strategy and Growth Planning: Set monthly and quarterly growth targets and monitor regional sales performance. Identify key markets and implement local strategies to boost product placement and visibility. 6. Brand & Trade Promotion Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to implement BTL activities, promotional campaigns, and POS branding. Gather distributor feedback and market intelligence to support future product innovation. 7. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on partnership progress, market development activities, and sales projections. Maintain all records related to contracts, partner details, and compliance documents.

HR Executive – Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment process. Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews. Schedule and assist with interviews and selection process. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for various roles. 2. Onboarding & Induction: Conduct orientation sessions for new hires. Prepare and manage employee joining documentation. Ensure smooth onboarding and assimilation into the company culture. 3. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules. Maintain leave balance data and process leave requests as per policy. 4. Payroll Support: Coordinate with the accounts/payroll department for salary processing. Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll accuracy. 5. Employee Engagement: Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events. Address employee queries and resolve concerns promptly. 6. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws. Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures. 7. Performance Management: Assist in goal setting, performance appraisal process, and feedback collection. Track employee performance and coordinate reviews with department heads. 8. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions. Maintain training records and feedback reports. 9. HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports and presentations as required by management. 10. Discipline & Grievance Handling: Support in disciplinary actions and grievance redressal procedures. Ensure proper documentation and compliance during employee exits.
