Country Finance Controlling Senior manager

You will be joining Vishay Components India Pvt. Ltd. as a Country Finance Controlling Senior Manager, based in Pune, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, tax, and statutory reporting for Vishay Components India Pvt Ltd and Vishay Semiconductor India Pvt Ltd. You will lead a team of professionals in Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, and business analysis. Your duties will include assisting, directing, and supporting all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, establishing financial systems and procedures, administering business controls, and ensuring legal and statutory compliance. You will also review budget/forecast proposals, handle internal and external audits, and represent the finance function in the development and implementation of transactional and reporting systems. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Chartered Accountant certification and a Company Secretary qualification. You should have a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position supervising a team. Experience in a multinational company environment is preferred. Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), SOX, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), SAP, and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) is essential. Additionally, familiarity with India statutory accounting policies and tax laws is required. Willingness to travel as needed is also expected.
