Role Description: Counter Staff – Travel Agency (On-site | Moradabad)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Handling

• Promote and sell tailor-made domestic and international travel packages

• Understand client needs and offer customized travel solutions
• Manage walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Upsell additional services such as insurance, transfers, and forex

• Visa & Embassy Coordination

• Guide clients through the entire visa process, including documentation, appointments, and embassy protocols

• Stay up-to-date with country-specific embassy regulations and travel requirements
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa service centers for timely and accurate processing
• Ensure all client documents meet required standards before submission

• Communication & Support

• Draft professional emails for quotations, confirmations, and visa follow-ups

• Respond promptly to client queries and provide post-booking support
• Manage travel bookings including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency, with a focus on

  sales and visa processing

• Strong knowledge of embassy rules

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and well-organized in managing client records
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to
