The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services, while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and respond to their inquiries promptly. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or alternatives. Explain product features, pricing, and usage details. Manage billing, invoicing, and cash handling at the counter. Maintain product displays and ensure the counter area is clean and organized. Keep track of stock levels and inform the manager of inventory requirements. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduation preferred. Prior experience in counter sales or retail is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software. Polite, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays.
