Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Counter Sales Staff to manage in-store customer interactions, handle sales, and assist with order intake for ladies’ stitching services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for fashion, especially women's western wear. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in customers with their shopping needs. Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge for western wear. Promote ongoing offers and upsell products where possible. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with all customers. Billing & Cash Handling: Operate the billing system (POS) accurately and handle payments (cash, UPI, card). Generate and provide printed or digital invoices to customers. Ladies' Stitching Services: Record customer stitching orders, measurements, and style preferences. Explain fabric, designs, and stitching options clearly. Coordinate with the tailor/masterji for timely order completion. Stock & Display Management: Ensure shelves and racks are well-stocked and visually appealing. Assist in unpacking, tagging, and organizing new stock. Keep the counter and display areas clean and orderly. Customer Follow-up: Notify customers when stitched garments are ready for pickup. Handle minor customer complaints or pass them to the supervisor. Requirements: Minimum education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass. Experience in retail sales preferred, especially in clothing or fashion. Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Basic math and billing skills. Presentable and well-groomed appearance. Polite, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
