Counter Sales & Service

As a Sales and Billing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient billing process for customers. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, clarifying orders, and generating accurate bills using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. It will be your duty to maintain daily sales records, reconcile cash at the end of each shift, and provide support to the floor team during peak hours. In this role, you will be required to coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to track orders and delivery times, address and resolve customer billing queries or complaints promptly, and ensure cleanliness and orderliness at the billing counter. Additionally, preparing daily sales reports for management will be part of your regular tasks. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
