Job Description

You will be responsible for greeting and assisting walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. You should have a good understanding of the products, including ingredients, preparation style, and gifting options, to effectively explain them to customers. Handling billing, packaging, and customer orders efficiently will be a crucial part of your role. It is important to maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the counter to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Your goal will be to achieve customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in day shift, fixed shift, morning shift, night shift, and rotational shift schedules. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 31/05/2025. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive food provided and Provident Fund benefits as part of the compensation package.,
