Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Jewelery Showroom

Role Overview:

As a Counter Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the showroom—guiding customers through their jewelry selection journey, ensuring a premium experience, and driving sales with product expertise and charm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
• Showcase jewelry pieces and explain product details (purity, certification, design)
• Handle customer queries and offer personalized recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain display aesthetics and ensure counters are clean and organized
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Support inventory checks and report discrepancies

Qualifications & Skills:

Requirement Details EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent; retail certification preferred

Experience1–3 years in jewelry or luxury retail sales

Skills

• Customer service, product knowledge, POS handling, communication
• Attributes Presentable, trustworthy, persuasive, detail-oriented

Preferred:

• Knowledge of hallmarking, diamond grading, and gold purity standards
• Multilingual ability for regional customer engagement
• Experience in high-value sales environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
