Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Garment Retail StoreLocation: Ballabhgarh, Faridabad Industry: Garment / Apparel Retail Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1–3 years (preferred in retail/apparel) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month (depending on experience and store scale) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our garment retail store in Ballabhgarh, Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting apparel products, handling billing, and ensuring a great shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers as they enter the store and understand their garment needs Show and explain product features (fabric, fit, size, style, etc.) Assist customers in trying on clothes and making purchase decisions Maintain product display and stock levels on the sales counter Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and generate invoices Upsell or cross-sell products (e.g., accessories or add-ons) Manage returns/exchanges according to company policies Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the counter area Maintain good customer relations and encourage repeat visits Report daily sales to store manager
