जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन: सेल्स एग्ज़िक्यूटिव (महिला एथनिक शो-रूम)पद का नाम: सेल्स एग्ज़िक्यूटिव स्थान:SURPRICE GROOM AND ETHNIC गुरुग्राम (सदर बाज़ार) शोरूम: महिला एथनिक वियर एवं ग्रूम/एथनिक कलेक्शन 🔑 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें शोरूम में उपलब्ध उत्पादों की जानकारी देना। महिला एथनिक वियर (साड़ी, सूट, लहंगा, कुर्ती आदि) को आकर्षक ढंग से प्रस्तुत करना। ग्राहक की पसंद और बजट के अनुसार सही विकल्प सुझाना। अपसेलिंग और क्रॉस-सेलिंग द्वारा बिक्री बढ़ाना। बिलिंग और POS सिस्टम पर काम करना। ग्राहक की शिकायतों/प्रश्नों को शालीनता से संभालना। शोरूम की डिस्प्ले और स्टॉक को व्यवस्थित रखना। त्योहारी सीज़न और भीड़भाड़ के समय अतिरिक्त जिम्मेदारी निभाना। 🎯 आवश्यक योग्यताएँन्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 12वीं पास / (प्राथमिकता)। महिला एथनिक वियर या रिटेल सेल्स में अनुभव को वरीयता। अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स और ग्राहक सेवा का भाव। हिंदी में धाराप्रवाह (अंग्रेज़ी का बेसिक ज्ञान अतिरिक्त लाभ)। स्मार्ट, आत्मविश्वासी और टीम में काम करने की क्षमता। 💰 वेतन एवं लाभआकर्षक वेतन + इंसेंटिव (बिक्री पर आधारित)। त्योहारी बोनस और स्टाफ डिस्काउंट। प्रशिक्षण और करियर ग्रोथ के अवसर।
