Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Department: Maintenance / Engineering Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Engineering Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrical Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will hold an ITI and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment across the facility. Key Responsibilities:Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair motors, panels, wiring, control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and other electrical components. Conduct regular inspections to identify faults, defects, or wear and tear. Interpret and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations. Maintain daily maintenance logs and records accurately. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment. Coordinate with other departments for minimal downtime and smooth operations. Ensure proper usage of tools, PPE, and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Requirements:Minimum Education: ITI Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in electrical maintenance Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur Key Skills:Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, and control panels Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment efficiently Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules Understanding of PLC and VFD systems is an advantage Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, or during emergencies as required
