Job Role- Accountant cum Back Assistance Location- Roshan pura Sadar Bazar (Gurugram) Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & AUM Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Track and reconcile daily/monthly AUM reports Record and reconcile daily sales across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) Manage payment gateways, refunds, chargebacks, and settlements Prepare monthly P&L statements for eCommerce business units Monitor sales margins, discounts, and promotional spends Maintain and update client/investor records and documentation Handle data entry, filing, and correspondence Coordinate with custodians, fund managers, and vendors for settlements Support scheduling of meetings, calendar management, and office administration Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Skills Required Accounting & bookkeeping eCommerce sales reconciliation AUM reporting & financial analysis Data management & MIS reporting Multitasking ability Soft Skills Analytical and detail-oriented mindset Proactive problem-solving Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams Strong communication and time management
Key Responsibilities Operate POS system to process sales quickly and accurately Accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, vouchers, or gift cards Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change as required Redeem coupons, discounts, and loyalty points Customer Service Greet customers warmly and assist with queries at checkout Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, or add-on products Cash & POS Management Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile at shift start/end Perform cash drops and follow company cash-handling policies Ensure POS system is updated with correct prices, discounts, and stock codes Store Support Keep checkout area clean, organized, and presentable Assist with bagging, packaging, or gift wrapping Support stock replenishment near checkout counters Compliance & Security Follow safety, security, and anti-theft procedures Adhere to company policies for cash handling and customer data Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer knowledge Strong math and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure PSpeed of checkout process Customer satisfaction at billing counter Minimal cash/POS discrepancies ositive attitude and customer-first mindset
