Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Lenskart's Retail Store, your primary role will be assisting customers in selecting eyewear, explaining product features, and ensuring a great shopping experience. Your responsibilities will involve interacting with customers, providing product information, and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their preferences and needs - Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and effectively - Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer - Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to create a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Required: - Graduates (Fresher can apply) - 12th Pass with a minimum of 1 year of counter sales experience (experience certificate required) - Mandatory documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card & Covid Certificate Lenskart offers a comprehensive training program for Sales Associates, which includes 16 days of training covering classroom sessions, store visits, and on-the-job training. The position is full-time with a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 21,500 in hand, depending on experience and interview performance. Additionally, the salary package includes Provident Fund and ESI benefits. The age limit for applicants is up to 30 years. You will be working in the morning shift with the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The work location is at the retail store, providing you with a hands-on experience in a physical retail environment.,
