Counter Attendant

You will be responsible for maintaining stocks and providing excellent customer service as a Counter Attendant at the Parsi Dairy Farm Private Limited retail outlets in Borivali. Your key responsibilities will include: - Welcoming customers warmly and assisting them in product selection. - Ensuring neatness and proper arrangement of product displays. - Assisting in stock replenishment and notifying management about low inventory. - Keeping the sales counter and surrounding areas clean and organized. - Supporting billing and cashier operations when required. - Handling customer queries courteously and escalating complaints to supervisors. - Assisting in maintaining hygiene and safety standards at the outlet. - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum HSC (12th Pass) - Graduate in any discipline preferred but not mandatory Special requirements for this position are: - Friendly and approachable personality - Good communication skills - Ability to stand for long hours and handle basic product lifting - Honest, punctual, and customer-focused attitude You should have basic knowledge of computers and at least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The monthly salary for this full-time and permanent position is up to 20,000, along with PF and sick leaves benefits.,
