• Fashion Counsellor

Location: Ghaziabad

Educational Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream).

Preferring candidates with Counselling experience from Fashion Industry

Required Experience: Looking for someone with over 2+ years of experience in Sales and Admin, especially in education. Should be good at English and the local language, able to talk convincingly, be friendly, and hit targets. Also, one needs to be good with people and have good thinking skills.

Job Description

• Counsel and advise students, individually or in groups, on the various fashion courses offered by our organization.
• Develop, coordinate, facilitate, counselling in different ways such as; tele-calling, power point presentations or Video counselling.
• Counsel and advice students in specific curriculum decisions including the choice and scheduling of courses, selection or change of majors and minors, etc.
• Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and video meetings.
• Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
• Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
• Review the student applications for the eligibility and academic qualification.
• To Plan and execute various Sales activities for achieving Admission targets.
• To meet with sales revenue and profit targets.
• To ensure proper handling of Counselling prospective students.
• Converting enquiries to registrations.
• To ensure proper handling of admission procedures.
• To strategize & undertake revenue generating activities.
• To maintain files/records/databanks.
