Job Summary: We are looking for the ideal candidate will be proactive, passionate about Counselling, with a strong commitment towards work, Excellent Communication skills and from Education Industry only

Key Responsibilities:

· To manage front office desk by resolving student’s face to face queries.

· Engage with leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into enrolments.

· Build strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

· Provide detailed information about course offerings, career prospects, and financial options.

· Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to generate high-quality leads.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings.

Requirements:

· Mandatory experience in the education industry (preferably higher education/admissions).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Target-driven approach with excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

· Ability to handle inquiries through multiple channels (calls, emails, in-person meetings).

· Proficiency in CRM tools and admission software is a plus.

· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
