Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Counsellor to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in counselling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with patients and healthcare professionals.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide expert guidance and support to patients and their families on various medical-related matters.
Develop and implement effective counselling strategies to promote patient well-being and health.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
Conduct workshops and educational programs to raise awareness about healthy living and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate records and reports of patient interactions and progress.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling or a related field.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
