Job Title: Counsellor – Education Industry (Sales)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Work from Home

Salary: Rs 20k/month + Incentives

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person with a background in sales, preferably within the education industry. The role involves reaching out to potential students, explaining our offerings, and driving admissions. This is a two-month project with a possibility of confirmation based on performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to students who have applied for the course.

2. Understand students' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

3. Build strong relationships with prospects and follow up to drive conversions.

4. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

5. Maintain detailed records of calls and leads in CRM.

6. Provide feedback to the sales team for process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.

2. Strong communication and persuasion skills.

3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

4. Previous telecalling or telesales experience is a must.

5. Comfortable working remotely.

6. Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Compensation:

1. Rs 20k Fixed monthly salary.
