Role & responsibilities : Counselling & Conversion: Engage with incoming leads (parents & students) via calls, walk-ins, and scheduled sessions. Understand academic goals and provide detailed counselling for DayOne programs. Sales & Target Achievement: Drive admissions through consultative selling. Achieve monthly targets through follow-ups, demos, and consistent engagement. Demo Coordination: Schedule and facilitate demo sessions with faculty. Assist in planning trial classes and ensuring a smooth experience for prospects. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead status and daily activity reports in CRM. Ensure timely follow-ups and closure. Parent Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with parents, addressing queries, academic concerns, and highlighting DayOnes differentiators. Preferred candidate profile Min 3 years of experience in academic counselling, ed-tech sales, or inside sales (experience in K-12 segment preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi. Ability to understand academic requirements of Classes 6–10, especially in Maths & Science. High sense of ownership, persuasive ability, and hunger for growth.
