Passion Counselling Intern – Remote (WFH) | Unpaid Internship

🔹 Stipend: Unpaid (Performance-based paid roles post-internship)

Working Days:

Internship Timings (Choose One Shift):

• 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

About the Internship

At ikipendence, we help individuals discover and pursue their passion through the power of ikigai. We are looking for compassionate and empathetic facilitators to lead our passion exploration sessions and offer personalized guidance to clients.

Responsibilities

✅ Conduct one-on-one virtual Passion Facilitation sessions

✅ Design and prepare creative activities and exercises for each session

✅ Offer chat-based emotional and career support to assigned clients

✅ Foster a safe and supportive virtual space for client self-discovery

✅ Track and share client progress with the internal team

Qualifications

• Completed Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or relevant certifications
• Passion for helping people navigate life, purpose, and career decisions
• Good listening skills and a calm, empathetic presence
