Councillor

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized Counselor to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a warm, empathetic personality to provide front desk support and basic counseling or guidance to clients/students/patients.

Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is clean and tidy.
• Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, documentation).

Counseling/Advisory Duties:

• Assist walk-in clients/students with basic queries and provide relevant information.
• Understand client needs and guide them about services, courses, or processes.
• Maintain records of counseling sessions and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide complete assistance.
• Offer emotional support or motivation when required (non-clinical).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, counselor, or in a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of office tools (MS Office, email, phone systems).
• Fluent in [English and other required languages].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,247.15 - ₹46,557.63 per month
